Who we are
ND Clinic (“we”) is the data controller for personal information handled through this website. You can reach us at hello@ndclinic.com.
What we collect
If you email us, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message. Messages sometimes include information about your health or your family’s health — please share only what you’re comfortable sharing at this stage.
How we use it
- To reply to you and answer your questions.
- To let you know about opening, fees and the services you asked about.
Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and consent (keeping you updated). Any health information you volunteer is used only to respond to you helpfully, on the basis of your explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information.
- We don’t add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.
- We don’t share your information with anyone except the providers who run our email and website hosting, who act under contract with us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as they’re relevant to what you asked. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and withdraw any consent you’ve given. Email hello@ndclinic.com and we’ll respond promptly. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We’ll update this notice as the clinic grows — for example, when bookings open — and the date at the top will always tell you when it last changed.
