How to Embrace the Crispness of Fall

Environmental Toxins

Dr. Wales and I just got back from a very inspirational weekend at the CAND Health Fusion Environmental Medicine conference here in Calgary.   The weekend really made me realize the impact toxins in our environment have on our bodies.  The concept of “toxins” and “detoxes” I think have become quite mainstream- almost a fad which could be interpreted into a ‘hop on the bandwagon’ approach.  But after this weekend, listening to the medicine and real research that was presented, it made me realize that we are exposed to a number of toxins in our daily life.  It also solidified the need to use regular detoxing methods to help our bodies rid of these toxins through natural eliminatory processes.....
